BBQ Party
Just like most pop groups, a record label created us. They put us together in 2005. The band is me and a girl named Marie. The "official" biography that we were supposed to tell people is that we are 2 all-american patriots that met at a barbecue when I was flipping burgers and she came up for one and then decided to start the band, but that whole thing isn't really true. In fact, I'm a vegetarian and Marie used to be one too, possibly even during the time BBQ Party started but I can't remember. The honest story behind the band is that the whole thing is just a sarcastic mockery of fat Americans that love burgers and football, but percieve the band however you want, thats just how I personally look at it. Well anyway, we've been trying to complete the album since early 2005 and it never got done because Marie was having some addiction problems and I had a few problems of my own as well. Not drugs, but other crap. From all the drama and bullshit the label dropped us but one day in late January of 2008 a miracle happened, we completed the album and put it out on my own label Preying Man Tits Records. It's completely unbelievable that the album actually got done. Marie wants to do a second album and a DVD but we'll see. I'm just extremely grateful and surprised that the one came out!Discography:
